Heather is the owner of Heather Angel & Associates, a leadership development and executive coaching practice located in Burlington, Ontario. With over 25 years of experience in multiple industries, growing leadership capability, developing human resource strategies, and leading organizational change initiatives, Heather is passionate about helping leaders achieve excellence in their careers.
Prior to establishing her consulting firm, Heather held executive leadership positions in human resources with Golder & Associates, the Canadian Diabetes Association, Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc., Monsanto Canada, and Frito-Lay Canada.
Before joining the Compassion Society of Halton's board, Heather served on the Board of Governors of Sheridan College, Oakville Hydro, and is currently the Chair of the Oakville YMCA.
Heather and her husband have lived in Halton for 40 years. In their free time, they love to sail, golf and play with their wonderful poodle, Willow.
