PARTNERSHIPS

Partner with us to keep Halton families supported.

Businesses, schools, faith communities, service clubs, funders and community groups help us bring food, clothing and everyday essentials to neighbours across Halton. A team from SignAgent, for example, sorted about 15,000 pounds of food in a single 90-minute volunteer session.

Great partnerships start with a conversation. Tell us what your organization can offer, who you would like to involve and when you hope to begin, and we will help you shape a first step that fits what neighbours need now.

CHOOSE YOUR ROUTE

Choose what your group can give.

Pick the route that fits your group today. If your plan mixes a few of them, send us a note and we will help connect the pieces.

  • Pool financial gifts

Invite people to give through our secure CanadaHelps page, make an organizational gift or ask your employer about matching gifts. If your plan includes tickets, meals, prizes or sponsor recognition, please talk with us first, since tax receipts depend on how a gift is structured.

  • Collect requested items

Build your collection around our Most Needed Items page, then confirm the dates, rough volume and drop-off plan with us. A short, focused list is easier for people to remember and more useful when it arrives.

  • Volunteer together

Tell us your group's size, ages, availability and any accessibility needs, and we will look for a task, date and space that works. Please reach out early so we can plan well.

  • Create an ongoing partnership

Funding, goods, professional services, employee involvement or campaign reach can all grow into a lasting partnership. The partnership form at the bottom of this page is the best place to start.

BUILD THE DRIVE

Make it easy to give the right thing.

Pick one or two items to collect. A narrow focus is easier to explain, easier for people to remember and easy to adjust if our needs change while your drive is running.

  1. 01

    Choose one focus

Ask us what is most useful before you announce the drive, and check the Most Needed Items page again before each reminder.

  2. 02

    Set a clear window

Choose a start date, an end date and a collection spot your group can keep an eye on. Name one coordinator people can ask.

  3. 03

    Share one live source

Point people to our Most Needed Items page so they always see this week's list. If you print a short list, add the link and the date you checked it.

  4. 04

    Confirm the handoff

Before your last reminder, let us know roughly how much you expect and when you will deliver. We will plan a drop-off time for larger collections.

START A PARTNERSHIP

Tell us what your organization has in mind.

A short note about what you can offer, who you would like to involve and your timing is plenty to get us started.

Help us understand

  1. What you can offer

Tell us about the funds, goods, skills, volunteers or reach you could share.

  2. Who you hope to involve

Let us know who would take part, such as employees, customers, students or members.

  3. Timing and constraints

Share your preferred dates and anything we should plan for, such as volume, transport, space or recognition.

  4. What happens next

Someone from our team will read your note, compare it with what neighbours need now and reach out to plan a first step together. Sending an enquiry simply starts the conversation.

Your information will be used only to respond to this partnership enquiry.
